01Educational nature of the platform

Tradermade is an educational platform. We provide live commented sessions, coaching, a community of practice and training modules. We provide no investment service.

TRADERMADE LIMITED does not hold a licence from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong and does not carry out any of the regulated activities listed in Schedule 5 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571). We do not perform portfolio management on behalf of third parties, do not execute orders, and do not provide personalised investment advice.

02No investment advice

No content published by Tradermade or by coaches active on the platform constitutes personalised investment advice, a buy or sell recommendation, or a solicitation regarding any financial instrument.

Article 2 — Risk disclosure

Analyses, opinions and trade demonstrations published on the platform reflect the personal practice of the coach involved, at a given point in time. They do not take into account your financial situation, investment objectives, experience, investment horizon or personal risk tolerance.

03Inherent trading risks

Trading on financial markets (forex, indices, equities, commodities, crypto-assets) involves a substantial risk of capital loss. This risk may, in certain cases (use of leverage, complex instruments), exceed the amount initially invested.

Before any operation, the user should ensure they:

  • Fully understand how the financial product traded works
  • Risk only amounts they can afford to lose entirely
  • Have assessed their liquidity needs before any commitment
  • Are aware of fees (spread, commissions, financing, swap)
  • Understand leverage and margin mechanisms where applicable

04Leverage and derivatives

Leveraged products (CFDs, futures, options, certain crypto products) can amplify both gains and losses. An unfavourable market movement, even a modest one, can lead to rapid and total loss of invested capital, or beyond depending on the broker and jurisdiction.

Leverage is not suitable for all investor profiles. Carefully assess your situation before using it.

05Past performance

Past performance of coaches, strategies, or financial instruments presented on the platform is no guarantee of future performance. No past result can be guaranteed, nor reproduced with certainty.

Any reference to a percentage gain, win ratio, or YTD performance constitutes neither a promise nor a guarantee. Individual results may vary significantly depending on execution discipline, starting capital, brokerage fees, and market conditions.

06Coach performance

When Tradermade coaches communicate their own trading results on the platform, this data reflects their personal practice. It may be subject to independent audit at regular intervals, but its reproduction by a third-party user remains subject to the user's own contingencies.

Using a coach's method does not in any way guarantee similar results.

07Crypto-assets

Crypto-assets present particularly high specific risks: extreme volatility, absence of protection mechanisms comparable to traditional regulated markets, operational risk (platform hacks, loss of private keys), evolving regulatory risk depending on jurisdictions.

Investing in crypto-assets may result in total loss of invested capital, in very short timeframes.

08User personal responsibility

Any market operation decision made by the user belongs exclusively to them. The user:

  • Acknowledges being solely responsible for their investment choices
  • Alone bears the financial consequences of their decisions
  • Undertakes to consult an independent licensed financial adviser if needed
  • Cannot hold TRADERMADE LIMITED or coaches active on the platform liable for any losses

09Jurisdictional restrictions

Trading certain instruments is restricted, or even prohibited, in certain jurisdictions. It is the user's responsibility to verify the compliance of their operations with applicable local laws, particularly regarding taxation, reporting and authorisation.
